The Friends of Noe Valley is busy organizing the SECOND Noe Valley and Neighbors AUTHOR’S FESTIVAL and we want YOU! The festival is set for Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 2pm to 5pm at Alvarado School – 625 Douglass Street, in the heart of Noe Valley. You are eligible if you have written and/or illustrated a book, live or work in Noe Valley or live in a contiguous neighborhood – Bernal Heights, Castro, Diamond Heights, Fairmount, Glen Park, Mission or Twin Peaks. Apply NOW for space as an author to display and sell your book.
The Author’s Festival intention is to focus spotlights on the considerable writing talent in Noe Valley and the contiguous neighborhoods. Our area is blessed with a multitude of published authors with a great number of books on all subjects, in all genres all written from the imagination and experience of people right here in the ‘hood. The Author’s Festival will give YOU the chance to meet neighbors and other local authors and to show case your book, answer questions and discuss your craft.
